Scott previously worked at AIG from 1987 to 2002, where he held a series of underwriting and management positions. In early 2002, he moved to Bermuda to oversee and manage AIG’s investment in Allied World (AWAC). Scott became President in 2004, then added Chief Executive Officer in 2005, ultimately becoming Chairman, President, and CEO until Allied World was acquired in 2017 by Fairfax Financial Services. He then assumed the title of President of Strategy & Distribution for the Fairfax Insurance entities until he retired in 2020.

Prior to joining Vault, Reza served as CEO of Ryan Specialty Group MGUs with a focus on financial lines (Cyber, D&O, and E&O). Before RSG, he led Allied World’s Programs division. Earlier in his career, he held executive underwriting, distribution, and marketing positions at several U.S. MGUs and insurers.

Jim Enelow is Chief Growth Officer for commercial business at Vault and Combination Specialty Underwriters. In this capacity he leads the company’s commercial strategies related to customers, distribution and marketing. Prior to his current responsibilities, Jim served as Executive Vice President at Acrisure LLC, where he led the firm’s market management strategy as well as Acrisure’s field team of regional growth leaders. Jim was also responsible for implementing Acrisure’s Industry Centers of Excellence.

Denise Dionese is an Executive Assistant at Vault Insurance. Prior to joining Vault in 2021, she was the Vice President of Operations at South Florida Sod Farm. Denise previously was the Office Manager and Executive Assistant for the Golf Course Superintendent at Palm Beach Country Club for 23 years.

Alex Gargano, as Senior Vice President, Underwriting E&S, Alex works with the executive leadership team to execute our Underwriting & Marketing strategy across our insurance company and MGA platform. Alex has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry in a variety of Underwriting and Marketing senior positions. Prior to his current role, Alex spent 10 years as the Senior Vice President / Eastern Zone Executive for AIG’s Private Client Group. He directly managed the effective delivery of personal insurance products and services to high net worth individuals through an independent network of brokers.

Cate Rooney joined Vault Commercial in June 2022 as Vice President — E&O. Cate joined from data analytics/insurtech MGA SpottedRisk and has 16 years of experience in professional and cyber liability underwriting and product management roles at major insurance carriers. Prior to SpottedRisk, Cate was Executive Underwriter, Executive Risks at Crum & Forster, wholly owned subsidiary of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited. There, she was instrumental in re-launching the company’s Cyber and Technology Liability products, leading efforts in the Midwest territory to market the Crum & Forster Executive Risk group as a premier all-lines executive and professional lines market.

Seamus McCarthy joined Vault Commercial in March 2023 as Assistant Vice President – E&O. Prior to Vault, he joined the Crum & Forster team focused on Lawyers Professional Liability as an underwriter. During his 10 years with Crum & Forster, he helped to develop several tools and processes to streamline the underwriting and management process while also helping to expand the group’s presence in the competitive LPL market.

Austen Tieri is currently an Underwriting Manager for Vault and Combination Specialty Underwriters. Prior to joining Vault, he served in various capacities at AIG across Private/Public Directors & Officers, Cyber, Employment Practices, and Professional Liability product lines. He started his career at AIG in the Financial Institutions group and later transitioned to the Commercial team where he was responsible for covering both transactional and renewal business for public companies.

Patrick McGovern is the Senior Claims Coordinator at Vault Insurance. Before joining the Vault team, he provided his services as a Claims Specialist at Aon Affinity. He held a variety of positions while working for their Travel Insurance department. Patrick has over a decade of successful experience in specialty insurance coverage. While working with the leading provider of travel insurance in North America, he performed a broad range of tasks, focusing on ensuring client requirements.

Adam brings to Vault over 12 years of insurance experience in project management, marketing, product execution, and overall management of an insurance product’s life from conception to fruition. Previous roles include P&C underwriting and portfolio management at Bass Underwriters, where he created strategies to drive agency engagement, production and portfolio performance. Adam also has experience building first-class policy admin systems by setting clear channel strategies and driving project execution and implementation as Director of Product and Business at Insurance Technologies.

Muhammet brings to Vault over ten years of experience in developing technology solutions, engineering policy admin systems, modernizing operational infrastructure, and implementing efficient workflows. Muhammet’s policy admin and portfolio management systems cover the complete policy life cycle and are in use by leading insurance companies such as RLI, Bass Underwriters, JustE, and Gridiron Insurance Underwriters. Previously as Software Director at Insurance Technologies, Muhammet has directed large teams of software engineers and successfully spearheaded the automation of applications including commission management, broker management, and state-tax compliance solutions.
